I've done this a couple of times but it typically takes more that just a few minutes before I'm cumming again. After that second though, I was exhausted.

I have found that to have a light ejaculation or even a dry one first, leads to easy second and even third orgasms. Edge yourself, but at one point when you've gotten too close to the edge, let it flow, but stop all stimulation while you're cumming. Let entirely go of your penis. Just let the cum flow out, if it's going to. It might not. You might get contractions and all, yet, no cum. As soon as the contractions die down, resume your stimulation.
