A week ago I jerked off so many times back-to-back in one day that I think I broke my dick. I'm discharging puss and it burns when I pee.

I came again 2 days ago and obviously I made it worse.

Has this happened to any of you? Does it get better? I went to CVS to get antibiotics but the guy said I need a prescription. I got Ibuprofen and I'm taking it twice a day.
