Sex-Ed - Masturbation

Is it right to include masturbation as a subject in the earlier years at school.

I would think that children should be taught the facts about their bodies and masturbation before they are taught the facts about petting, oral sex, intercourse and procreation!!!
And I do mean facts, and not the old myths, fairy tales and lies that people teach kids to deter them from doing these things!!!!
