Content Rules for Contributions

Submission of stories, comments, and chat on the Solo Touch member’s forum must follow certain rules. Those that do not will be flagged by the moderators and might be edited, or posted on Whispering Lily instead of Solo Touch, or might not be posted at all.

We are a site that is primarily about masturbation, and realise that the common human experience is to start masturbating at puberty or even younger. We therefore allow stories that involve an adult reminiscing, but have set certain standards about what we will and will not publish, to discourage any negative thoughts or actions towards children.

We welcome stories, comments and chat from adults of 18 years of age and over, about their current or past experiences or fantasies regarding masturbation, as long as they adhere to the following rules.

All stories, subjects, comments and chat submitted to Solo Touch - MUST

  • Be written and submitted by a person of 18 years of age and over.
  • Have a main focus on masturbation, or of acts leading up to masturbation. “Masturbation” means touching one’s own or someone else’s genitals with the hands, or by rubbing against one’s own genitals or another person’s whilst clothed, or rubbing against an object or surface in order to reach arousal leading to masturbation. Stories may include kissing, licking or sucking of the genital area, and other forms of touching such as anal stimulation, which ultimately leads to masturbation as the final act, but must fall short of actual intercourse.
  • Be noted as fiction if it is not true. This can be noted as a heading before the first line of the story, and then you can start the story on the next line.
  • Not discuss sexual activity involving a person who is 18 years or over, with someone who is under 18 years of age. This includes fantasy or fiction.
  • Not discuss any sexual activity under the age of 13 with any of the participants. Vague references to yourself as being younger are fine, as long as other references, to a time when you were less than 13 years of age are not included. i.e. Saying I was 11 when I learned to masturbate or I was in 4th grade when I learned to masturbate are the same and will be rejected or edited out. Saying I learned to masturbate when I was younger is acceptable. No one under 13 can be referred to in your story or comment.
  • Not discuss sexual acts among, with, or involving animals, people who are asleep, people who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, (although reference to a social drink is acceptable). Scat or pissing on others and the use of dangerous substances is also not allowed.
  • Not discuss non-consensual activities.
  • Not discuss any dangerous activities.
  • Be proof-read for proper grammar, spelling, capitalisation and punctuation. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but you must make an effort. Obvious mistakes such as lack of abbreviations or leaving out apostrophes are guaranteed to get your story or comment rejected.
  • Not include any advertising of specific websites or brand names of product.

Formatting Guidelines

In addition, please follow these formatting guidelines to make it easier to format your story for publishing on the Web:

  • Do not press <enter> at the end of each line. Only press <enter> where you want a line break to appear in the story. If you type your story into the box on the submission form, the text will automatically wrap to the next line when you reach the end of the line even though you did not press the <enter> key.
  • Use 2 line breaks (press <enter> twice) to separate paragraphs or sections of your story. You may have noticed that it is difficult to read stories with no breaks.
  • Do not use tabs or multiple spaces to indent paragraphs. Instead use two line breaks and do not indent.
  • PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL CAPS. THIS SHOULD BE USED ONLY FOR EMPHASIS (I.E., YELLING). Stories that are submitted in all caps will not be published. Since it is very difficult to convert a story from ALL CAPS to normal capitalization, these submissions will be discarded.

Optional: Be Notified By Email

If you provide your email address, Solo Touch will automatically send you an email message when your story is reviewed by an editor. It will contain your submission posting status and date. There is no need for a lengthy legal document here. In fact, Solo has the rare problem that many of our readers wish the policy was not as strict as it is.

  • Solo will not disclose your name or personal contact information to anyone for any reason.
  • Solo will not store any information on your computer. (Solo does not use "cookies.") Your Web browser may save temporary copies of the pages you visit at Solo and/or a list of the pages you visit. Please refer to your browser's documentation for more information about this.
  • In the event that you send your contact information via "snail-mail" (by sending a donation to Solo, for example), this information will be destroyed.

Forms

If you send a message or contribution to Solo using one of the contact forms on the site, you may choose to optionally include your email address. If you do not include your correct and complete email address, there is absolutely no way for the Solo Webmaster to contact you. Along with the information that you include when filling out the form, the Solo Webmaster will see your computer's IP address and the name of your Web browser. Your computer's IP address is used anytime you connect to another computer via the Internet. Neither the Solo Webmaster nor anyone else can use your computer's IP address to discover any identifying information about you. This information is tracked by Solo for the sole purpose of identifying submissions that claim to be written by different people but are actually written by the same person. Again, your IP address is made available to any web site you visit and this poses no threat to you.

If you use one of the contact forms on the Solo site and include your complete, correct email address and check the "Please reply to my message" box on the form, you will receive a reply from a "solotouch.com" email address.
