The contributions section of Solo Touch aims to be an open discussion of human sexual behavior in order to help men and women reinforce positive attitudes toward their bodies and sexuality. It focuses on masturbation because this is where anyone who is not comfortable with his or her body and/or sexuality should begin his or her exploration of sexuality. There are many forms of sexuality that do not further positive attitudes and are therefore not appropriate for this site. For this reason, not all content can be published on Solo Touch. Each story is reviewed before it is published on Solo Touch. Stories that do not follow the rules will be edited so that they follow the rules, posted on Whispering Lily instead of on Solo Touch or discarded.

Also, because Solo Touch does not actively restrict access to minors, absolutely no reader contact information can appear on the Solo Touch site. This is to prevent any contact between adults and minors for the purpose of beginning a sexual relationship. Some people insist that it is all right to publish their email addresses because they are adults. It is just as easy for a child to contact an adult as it is for an adult to contact a child. Adults who wish to contact one another and post/discuss/read material that is inappropriate for Solo Touch should see the Erotica Site Information Page.
