Childhood Sexuality

By now it should be clear to everyone who is reading this that masturbation is not bad. It is a good thing because it releases sexual tension and helps you learn about your own sexuality and the sexuality of others. Also, because it usually involves only one person, it is safe. When other people are involved, however, things become complicated. The general consensus around the globe is that sexual activity among children, and especially between children and adults, is bad. There is good reason for this. Sexual urges are very powerful. Sexual activity often involves powerful emotions. It takes time to learn about sex, your sexuality, your emotions and interaction with people. The younger you are, the less you will understand about these things. It will be easier for people to take advantage of you and put you in situations that are not safe. Since you may not be fully comfortable with and educated about sexuality, there will be an increase in the chances of acquiring a sexually transmitted disease and/or becoming pregnant before you are capable or ready to have a child. For these reasons, Solo does not encourage sexual relationships among minors. Furthermore, Solo explicitly and strongly opposes sexual relationships between minors and adults.

You will find that, although censorship does take place, sexual activity between adults and minors is discussed on this Website. This is because, however wrong, it does happen.
